Yeast propagation
The yeast propagation wine tank is used for the preparation of selected yeasts in order to obtain a wine with particular characteristics. The utilization of selected yeasts allows to give, for example, a peculiar aromaticity to the product.
CIP
Our equipment for plants cleaning and disinfecting respond to the growing need to respect the hygiene regulations dictated by the market and by consumers. The CIP system, that can be manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic, allows a reduction in labor and prevents the operator from coming into contact with dangerous substances (caustic and acidic soda).
