Continuous tartaric stabilisation plant for wine – K-Stop

DESCRIPTION:

The system is realized with models from 2 to 20 T / hour (higher potentialities on request). The cooling and evaporator section is a tool that allows you to quickly get an immediate response. Models from 4 to 20 T / h, are managed by a PLC integrated in the electrical panel to control the following phases: filling – stabilization – washing The system is built upon request with “PED” testing for the processing of sparkling wines.

The system provides for the continuous execution of the conductivity of the output product after automatic treatment and recycling if the values ​​are not reached. The plant is also equipped with cyclones for the continuous separation of the formed crystals.

Cooling occurs either with direct evaporation of gas or with glycol solution.
