Within the filtration of wine, beverages and liquids in general, Padovan offers a wide range of machines/equipment with and without filtration aids. Specifically, cross-flow filtration is a process that does not make use of adjuvants. By means of clarification, it is possible to obtain a clear product without the use of filter media.
