TMCI PADOVAN – SAP ITALIA

TMCI Padovan has signed an agreement with SAP Italia Rrl to acquire 100% of the company’s business. SAP Italia, located in Melegnano (MI), has been successfully operating for years in the field of equipment for the preparation of beverages, milk and dairy products, “egg products”, ice creams, purees and sauces.

The transaction is aimed at strengthening the presence of TMCI Padovan in the typical areas of SAP Italy, currently partly covered by the commercial business unit Blendtech. The closing of the transaction is expected within the month of October.

The purchase was assisted by lawyers Alberto Bianco and Erica Lepore of Studio Legale Pavia e Ansaldo, as legal advisor, and by Paolo Mandelli, Antonio Zecca, Bernardo Porcellini and Andrea Moretta of Spada Partners, as tax and financial advisor.
